How to deposit
Go to Account → Top up. Enter the amount, then use the bank details and your unique reference to make a transfer. Click "I have completed the transfer". We will notify you via email when your deposit is accepted.
How to withdraw
Go to Account → Withdraw. Enter the amount (minimum £10, up to your balance). Submit your request. We will process it and notify you via email when it is done.
How to place a bet
Add selections to your betslip from the homepage, enter your stake, and click "Submit Bet". You must be signed in, verified, and have enough balance. The bookmaker places the bet manually and you will be notified via email when it is placed and when it is settled.
How to verify your account
Go to Account and click "Complete verification". We will receive your verification request and verify your account manually. You will be notified via email once your account is verified. You must be verified before you can place a bet.
Account and security
You can change your password and update your details from your Account page. If you forget your password, use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. To request account closure, go to Account and use the closure request option.
